Hey everyone & welcome to the Delux Designs (DE), LLC blog & website!
If you’re new here, we often post & discuss topics related to art, design, & creativity, along with product reviews of a variety of different items we may or may not receive complimentary from our affiliate partners. Today’s post is a new product review for the EasyPress Mini we recently obtained from our affiliate partner Cricut.

The Cricut EasyPress Mini is an addition to my own growing Cricut family. I purchased it shortly after the Cricut Explore Air 2 we discussed here a while back. This is a mini press machine that enables me to apply heat using vinyl materials to fabrics, leather products, and many other surface materials. Originally I wanted a bigger heat press machine but due to limited spacing I decided to start off with one of these until that opportunity comes for a much bigger machine to handle heavy order loads. This is a hand held press, so heat would be applied in the manner of ironing which is great for conserving space and easy cleanups. I had the option to go with a couple color choices, but ultimately I went with red to match our brand colors currently as shown in the photo from my shopping trip below.

The Cricut EasyPress Mini, for me, is extremely easy to use. I love the ironing aspect overall. You would basically turn it on and off in the same manner as a traditional clothing iron. From there I was able to select from multiple options for heating levels. It’s also very small and portable, about the size of my entire hand. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. If you’re moving around alot of need it for live events, this is a great option, very travel friendly. The bottom part, or holder, for the EasyPress is great and it’s heat resistant as well. I love that it comes with one so I’m able to sit the iron down safely.

Even though this Press operates with similarities to a traditional iron, it should still be treated with extreme caution due to it’s ability to heat up to higher temperature levels than traditional irons.

Now on to the results of me using the Cricut EasyPress Mini. The first thing that I created were t-shirts. They came out great and with ease overall. No complaints. Check out a small snippet of me creating this mommy and me shirt set for Juneteenth here.

Second thing I created were caps as shown above. I had to make a few runs using the Press for this particular project but overall it came out great. Since this creation, Cricut now has a heating press machine specifically for hats as well so I may check that one out soon too.

Third item I created were Carry All Pouches. I often use these for carrying pencils or paintbrushes when I’m moving between multiple locations. The ability to use this new Press to customize each pouch for what I’m using them for is great. This helps towards organization is so many ways.

That’s all I’ve created so far but I have big plans for new creations soon. Overall I give this new equipment a 10 out of 10 on a scale of 10 being the highest in satisfaction. My goal was met and the price was affordable to make it happen.
