Affiliate Spotlight - What is Creative Market?

Hello and welcome to Delux Designs (DE), LLC website and blog!
If you’re new here, this is the website and blog site for the DE brand where we often discuss a variety of different topics mainly about art, design, and marketing in which our blog post today is centered around. Often times we highlight our affiliate partners and their products or services that we believe would benefit our audience in the best ways possible. So for today’s post we are highlighting a long time affiliate partner and now a brand that our owner and founder Keara Douglas is now a Brand Ambassador for, the great Creative Market!

As mentioned above, this is a long time affiliate partner of ours in which we became partners back during the year of 2018, but our connection to this great brand truly began during the year of 2015. We first started off as a customer, just purchasing design assets and mockups for our own brand to fully develop and blossom into what it is today. Then from there we began to partner with this brand to bring more awareness to their products and services for other designers to take advantage of as well just like they helped us out when we first got started. Now, as a Brand Ambassador for the company, I am physically showing our audience now how their products work, how to make them work for you, and their benefits. If you’re following our tiktok account, you’ve already got a taste of me highlighting Creative Market and other brands, but the more in depth highlights happen right here on our website today.

What is Creative Market?

Creative Market is like a design distributor and marketplace for creatives to sell and sometimes donate their art creations for the public to use either personally, commercially, or both. When I first got started as a customer here I didn’t realize that all designs distributed through this site are created by people just like me and you. They are freelance designers looking to sell their art and get the word out about their creations to the public. They started off just like me and you, designing on a regular basis and uploading those creations onto platforms like Creative Market for everyone to see and enjoy and even use as their own discretion. Once I realized this, I really became a huge fan of Creative Market as a whole.

I opened my very own shop through Creative Market just to see if my design style would sell and it did, almost immediately. The wide variety of digital design options that you are able to sell through this platform is great. The main thing I was searching for was a way to sell my design work and allow my customers to download what they’ve purchased immediately upon sending payment, and Creative Market has been the best option so far as well.

I’ll get into more information on what you can do with Creative Market at another time, but I just wanted to highlight that Creative Market is not a place where you can come and create designs on their site and then sell them. This is more for those who already do design work on their own on other third party sites or software and then sell those finished digital products to the public.
