Today’s affirmation is about self-worth and your own happiness.
Sometimes we may often think that we don’t deserve true and genuine happiness after going through a tough battle or situation. We may think we aren’t strong enough to be who we are capable of being. That true and genuine happiness may also seem to take a long time to find you sometimes as well.

Repeat after me, “I am worthy of the happiness I envision for myself. I am stronger than anything I’ve gone through. Pure happiness is on its way to me soon.”
