Over the last month, I had the opportunity to try out one of our affiliate, Cocoa Locks, hair, skin and nails vitamin hot chocolate mix. At first, I was skeptical and didn’t know if this form of hair supplement was best for me. I am a heavy tea drinker, with occasional coffee here and there so I didn’t know if I would like replacing my faves for a while with hot chocolate would be something I would like.

Surprisingly I was not disappointed!

The hot chocolate mixture was mixed with hot water once day for the entire month of April 2018 for my one month program. One of my biggest concerns was my skin being negatively affected by the constant consumption of cocoa from the mixture, but I had no type of breakouts or acne flare ups. My skin actually became healthier with less breakouts during the entire month. I didn’t have to use too much, maybe around one to two tablespoons of the mixture at most per cup. Unlike regular hot chocolate, I did not use any type of sweeteners for flavor. For this month of supplement, I went with just the mixture and hot water. Check out my before and after images below.
