Greetings and welcome back for another product review from myself, natural hair influencer @K_DougDE for Delux Designs (DE), LLC sister site and brand DeluxHair!
If you can remember, we done a 2019 Winter Product Haul. One brand was apart of that haul that we are still using two years later and we would like to do a product review on it today for you with this blog post.

invisibobble is a product that I received in my Vacay Voxbox from Influenster back during 2019. This was my first time even knowing of the brand and I definitely hadn’t seen anything like it before hand. What invisibobble offers are these hair ties, but they’re not like your traditional hair ties. For me, I’m used to seeing scrunchies and rubber bands for example on a regular. You know things that ultimately cause breakage and take your hair out if you use them too much over time, so I was eager to figure out how to use these for my hair. On the packaging it stated that they are to be used to tie your hair up without breakage or kinks so this seemed promising to me and in fact they kept their word.

The invisibobble is a product that I use on a regular basis now.
Whether it is to quickly throw my hair up for a shower, working out, or to aid in a complete formal hairstyle. This tie is no lie seriously. The main style that I wear with my invisibobble is the High Bun.

Back before 2019, I started doing my High Buns with the Goodys elastic bands and it became a nightmare. The rubber from inside the bands slowly began to seep out of the band material into my hair, ruining my hairstyle. This also ruined the band as the rubber just became not elastic anymore and the band was no use over time so I stopped using them. I then went on to using pieces of weave braiding hair to tie up my buns. That worked well for some time and gave my buns a natural look, but then they began to tangle into my own hair so I stopped using it on a regular basis. Thirdly, I went on to using cut up old or unused panty hoses. This option worked the best out of the three and lasted for a while until I came across the invisibobble and stopped it as well. With the invisibobble I don’t have to worry about rubber seeping into my curls overtime from the elastic being stretched so much. The invisibobble is made out of polyurethane, better known as artificial resin so there is no rubber used like with the elastic bands. It’s traceless so it blends in with my hair, I don’t even have to use one the same color as my hair like with the braiding weave method I was using before, it tucks away easily on it’s own. I don’t have to cut up clothing to use it as it’s spiral design works perfectly for my kinky curls, there are no tangles or knotting.

I would highly recommend the invisibobble if you’re a natural who wears your hair up on a regular basis, or just have a lot of hair and want to maintain it quickly and easily. I got mine from Influenster complementary (you can sign up for Influenster here to receive complimentary hair products monthly), but you can find it here on Amazon as well in a variety of colors and styles.
