#DEMentalHealthMondays – Imposter Syndrome

Have you ever felt like you were in your own way?
Like, you knew you were created to do great things and to be something greater than what you are but you kept talking yourself out it? Have you ever heard other people tell you that you are great at something but you always took it as them joking or just telling you anything that you’d like to hear just for small talk?

Well that’s how I used to feel all the time.
Ultimately, I learned that this is what you would call Imposter Syndrome.

  1. Imposter syndrome can come in many forms. It’s really a mental battle we have to conquer and tell ourselves “we deserve to be here.” Just take it day by day and know that you’ll get through this.
