Delux Designs (DE), LLC does not tamper with nor edit other designer’s or artists’ graphic designs. Designs created through Delux Designs (DE), LLC are original custom graphic designs in which we do not copy other designer’s or artists’ creations. DE logos placed on graphic designs created through Delux Designs (DE), LLC should not be removed at any time. Graphic designs created by Delux Designs (DE), LLC are prohibited from being tampered, altered or edited once completed for client. Graphic Designs created through Delux Designs (DE) should not be copied or re-used unless specified by client.
All communication to and from Delux Designs (DE), LLC during graphic design orders is done through email addresses firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. All communication done between designer (Delux Designs (DE), LLC) and client is kept confidential from the public and shall not be posted on any social media website including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr or any other public forums or social networking chat rooms.
- To place a graphic design order, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, a phone call must be made to (803) 619-3725 or an online order form must be emailed to DE stating the design service needed.
- All clients placing graphic design services from Delux Designs (DE), LLC are required to fill out our order form to confirm to begin graphic design order.
- Proof copy of graphic design services are provided once the design is complete and any deposits required are paid in full beforehand. Proofs of graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC are not to be promoted nor posted on any websites or social media websites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr or any other public forums or social networking chat rooms. Watermarks on graphic designs are removed once full payments by client is confirmed.
- Alterations for design work previously done through Delux Designs (DE), LLC require a $10 USD fee if needed after more than two (2) weeks, fourteen (14) days after the graphic design service project has been completed.
All payment transactions for graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC are done with Paypal or CashApp by Square. All graphic design orders totaling more than $50 USD require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront before any design work is completed by Delux Designs (DE), LLC. Payments for graphic design services are required to be paid in full by a week, or five (5) days after the completion date of the design. After twenty-one (21) days, and payment is not made in full for graphic design service ordered, the design turns into the property of Delux Designs (DE), LLC and is subject for use of promotions and advertising, along with re-sale by Delux Designs (DE), LLC. All prices for graphic design services are subject to change. Payments for rush orders must be completed in full before any graphic designs are completed and require an additional $15 USD fee. Delux Designs (DE), LLC does not accept payments via phone, we don’t not have access to your financial information as we use third parties for payment transactions to keep your private information confidential.
The client must own the rights of usage for any photography or imagery submitted with graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC. Small, unclear, blurry, pixelated and low resolution photography or imagery will not be accepted for graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC.
Printing services are available upon request for select graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC. Pricing information provided for graphic design services does not include printing service fees.
Alterations, or changes, for design orders are permitted at any time needed. Each order receives one (1) alteration for free. Any additional alterations needed acquire a $10 USD fee per alteration, or change, for print graphic design services needed or requested. Any additional alterations needed for website designs acquire an additional cost but vary per request. Altered designs will not be sent over until alteration payment has been made in full. All website alteration costs must be paid in full before any alterations, or changes, begin.
Promotions and Advertising
All graphic designs created by Delux Designs (DE), LLC are subject to advertisement for promotional usage on the following websites:
No graphic designs commissioned through Delux Designs (DE), LLC will be used for re-sale of merchandise and products.
There are no refunds nor exchanges for graphic design services provided through Delux Designs (DE), LLC. Cancellations of graphic design orders can be made only before the designing process has begun.
Exchanges are permitted for graphic design orders but are limited. Exchanges are not permitted once payment has been made for a design order and the design has already been emailed over to you (the client or buyer) without a watermark proof on it. Exchanges can only be done for graphic design orders that match in cost or price. Exchange credits are permitted for later use. Exchange credits can only be used for new design orders and cannot be applied to other services or other current orders including alterations for previous designs.
Rush orders for graphic design services through Delux Designs (DE), LLC have a 48-hour turnaround time and are available upon request. Payments for rush order graphic designs are required to be paid in full before any designs are completed and require an additional $15 USD fee.

Turnaround times for all graphic design services vary based on the length of time it takes to complete. Turnaround times for graphic design services are subject to change. Graphic design services for event promotions must be ordered three (3) weeks prior to the event date.

Delux Designs (DE), LLC operating hours and days are as follows below. All operating hours are on Eastern Standard Timing. No graphic design services will be accepted nor completed during any major holidays including New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
