Our prayers and thoughts go out to everyone affected by Hurricane Michael.
We have set up this post to provide you with options on how you can help out with relief efforts in Florida, Virginia and Georgia, along with resources for those who have been immediately affected by the storm. Updates will be made periodically so if you know someone hosting a drive or have one going on of your own, please leave a comment below with a link providing more information that we can add to our list of resources for the public. Links are provided at the bottom for you to share with family and friends through social media and email.

For storm-related assistance and questions, contact 2-1-1 by simply dialing 211 from a cell phone or landline.2-1-1 is a free, 24/7, hotline, available in many languages, that provides information to individuals seeking community resources like shelter, food and water, recovery support, and other basic needs, before, during and after disasters. More information about 2-1-1 can be found at 211.org.
Planet Fitness welcomes anyone (member or not) affected by the hurricane to use amenities (showers, etc) free of charge at 15 of its clubs, starting today for as long as impacted communities need help during recovery.
(Tallahassee locations are on North Monroe Street and Cross Creek Square.)
