Use the form below to place your order for our Personalized Ornament Sets.
Each set comes with twelve (12) glass ornaments personalized with your choice of two colors and words or names you would like displayed. Once you have submitted the form below, an invoice will then be sent over via Paypal for payment. Shipping and handling will be included in invoice. All Payments must be made in full before any set creations are started.

Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping and handling is a flat rate fee of $5.00 USD per ornament set order and will be added to your invoice via Paypal.

Invoice must be paid in full before ornament creation begins.
Turnaround time for Personalized Ornament Sets is 2-3 weeks.
