• A valid email address is needed upon ordering.
• If you have any photography you would like to include for reference, please email photos to deluxds@yahoo.com as an attachment with the subject header “YOUR NAME – Label Design Order”.
• Turnaround times for custom design are between 3 -5 business days, this does not include printing.
  • Printing turnaround times vary based on location and the quantity of labels needed.
• Replacements are not available. A full new order would need to be placed.
  • We have no guarantee that replacements being needed are of cause to us and our services provided. We always quality check all work before shipping so once they have shipped off, unless it can be proven that there were any problems with shipping and handling upon delivery, we cannot provide replacements. You would need to place a whole new order for the quantity of you’re needing.
• Once you have submitted your order above, you will receive an email confirming your order was placed, and includes your invoice with payment information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the confirmation email to come through.
• All payment transactions are done through Paypal
