Branding Package Policies

  1. Printing is not included.
  2. For Website and Webpages, domain is required along with your platform (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.) must already be set up. Your Website or Webpage password and email address is required to be shared with us in order for us to design your site or page for you during the 3-week design process of your package deal. 5. We only design websites and webpages. We will not run your website or webpage for your company or service. We do not provide classes on how to run your website or webpage for your company or service.
  3. All communication for branding projects are done via email. No social media messaging or third party apps will be used to communicate your each client for their project. We provide continuous updates on your design process throughout the 3-weeks required via email.
  4. Branding packages are charged one flat rate fee. Prices are not recurring. All payment transactions are done via Paypal. Cashapp is not accepted for Branding Packages.
  5. Three weeks is the minimum turnaround time per project. Turnaround times may vary per project.
  6. One (1) free Branding Style Guide is included with every Branding Package order.
