Day 9: What are three acts of self-care that you are grateful for that you are practicing today?

A9: Three acts of self-care that I am grateful for that I am practicing today are my self-care Monday bath rituals, daily journal as normal, and going for a walk in the park even though it is slightly cold I still make an effort to get outdoors from time to time.
