Good Afternoon everyone! We hope you all are doing well! I see we have some new readers, welcome to Delux Designs (DE), LLC! We thank you for becoming our newest subscribers and for your support for starters! Whelp, lets get to our topic for today which is on a product review of Yogi Detox Tea, along with getting back on the right track after a slump, or burnout.
Lately, I have been in the slumps when it comes to continuous blog posts and I do apologize to you all for that. I guess I’m going through one of those burn out periods in my life where I have to sit back and re-charge for a bit and then get back to work. For the last couple weeks or so, I have just been focusing on self-care as a whole. Paying more attention to me and how my body is reacting to life itself. I have also been literally cleaning my life up all together. From cleansing my body from the inside out, to doing simple things like clearing out my room from old pictures and artwork, clothes, etc. This is that time period where I am very focused on moving to the next step in my career and my life as a whole, and the only way for me to do that and keep my focus is if I clean out old things, ways and habits.
Luckily, I have one of my favorite teas (besides Ivy Tea Co which is my number one favorite), the Roasted Dandelion Spice Detox Tea from Yogi. I was introduced to this type of tea by my mom when I was going through a really bad upper respiratory infection about a year ago now. When I tell you it really cleared it up in no time, it really did. Almost a better job than the medicine I was given to take by my doctor. This tea has helped me restore energy levels and get back to my normal designing, painting and posting. Not only does it boost your metabolism, but it also clears out your system as it is also a detox tea as mentioned before.
The main thing I love about this particular tea brand is the smell it gives off while brewing. It instantly fills the kitchen and soon after the entire house, which also opens your nostrils if you are having sinus or cold problems early this fall season. Second thing I love about it is that it is thin. For example, every time I have drunk Lipton tea I have hated it because the tea itself once brewed is thick even when you only brew one bag, it has a lot of syrup in it which I’m not looking to ingest a lot of when I’m drinking tea. Third great thing is the ingredients used in each bag include roasted dandelion root, cinnamon bark which is the real source for the smell of it while brewing, cocoa shells, cardamom seeds, clove buds, ginger roots, and black pepper which is the main source for opening your nose if you’re going through sinus problems right now.
I recommend this tea for you all to try out and add to your self-care routines. They come in many flavors so you have a lot to chose from. Great thing for you all today is that you can purchase your own Yogi Detox Tea directly from this post through our affiliate Target by clicking here.
Some other ways I have been digging myself out of my slump is getting back to my ArTherapy with our #DEMusicBlocks. For me, painting is therapeutic. It allows me to clear my mind and focus on the things that actually matter to me like creating in general. I’ll have to give that one a try! I’ve been drinking a lot of mint and green teas lately but I think one for balancing my energy would be amazing.
