Education Expo – Covering Carolina Garment Drive

Our non-profit Education Expo has team up with Project PEACE to participate in the Covering Carolina Garment Drive going on right now all over South and North Carolina! We will be taking up apparel donations for those in need at various locations across the Carolina’s for the month of December and need your help to make this happen!

This year’s Covering Carolina Winter Garment Drive began on November 06 where we are taking up apparel donations for those in need this holiday season. We are accepting a variety of different clothing donations in various locations listed below.

Accepted Item Donations Include:

  • Long Sleeved Shirts
  • Sweaters
  • Jackets/Coats
  • Pants/Sweatpants
  • Hats
  • Scarves
  • Gloves
  • Boots
*Under garments like underwear and long johns are not accepted*

Donation Dropoff Locations Include:

  1. Rock Hill, South Carolina
    South Pointe High School – 801 Neely rd
    Platinum Cuts Barbershop – 949 Saluda st
    Upscale Hair Salon – 2443 Cherry rd Suite E
  2. Fort Mill, South Carolina
    Platinum Cuts Barbershop – 377 Robin Center dr
  3. Charlotte, North Carolina
    Pickups will be done in the Charlotte and surrounding area by Tyeshaye Clyburn and Keara Douglas. Call (803) 524-4395 or (704) 930-6506 for more information.
  4. Columbia, South Carolina
    Benedict College Student Affairs Office – 1600 Harden st
  5. Chester, South Carolina
    YMCA – 157 Center st
  6. Spartanburg, South Carolina
