Day 5

Day five of the 9 days of positive affirmations is about taking care of your body.

My method of taking care of my body is my setting routines. I always wake up early, mainly around 4-5am. Of course everyone can’t wake up that early due to work schedules and most prefer not to due to comfort. But for me that time frame is what works for me. Pick a set time to wake up everyday where you’re able to get more done.

Being active has become a priority again, as I do yoga, pilates and just simply walking exercises weekly. Sodas have been cut from my diet all together and replaced with water and real fruit juices occasionally.
