#DEArtMom – Nightfood Nighttime Ice Cream

As mentioned earlier this week, #DEArtMom is now an affiliate partner for Nightfood Nighttime Ice Cream. With that being said, of course I had to try out the ice cream for myself which has led to our third product review!

Nightfood Nighttime Ice Cream was presented to me directly from the company earlier this year while I was pregnant. I was hesitant about trying it out due to being cautious about eating sweets and sugar filled foods but I’m so glad that I did try it out.

This ice cream is particularly great for pregnant women, as it is low on sugar fat and calories, while being great for protein and fiber intake. In fact, Nightfood Nighttime Ice Cream is the Official Ice Cream of the American Pregnancy Association. What caught my attention the most and pushed me to try it out is the fact that I was not getting much sleep in some parts of my pregnancy so I was on a hunt for things to help out with getting much needed rest while my bundle of joy grew inside of me. This particular ice cream has additional sleep-friendly minerals and amino acids which is great for sleeping. Most other ice creams I would normally eat before have additional sweeteners for this, but Nightfood does not at all. It’s as natural as ice cream can get. Another thing I noticed from my intake of this ice cream is that my heartburn decreased a lot. For me having bad acid reflux before conceiving, this brought on some very bad heartburn early on in my pregnancy in which Nightfood helped with decreasing overtime in the later months of my pregnancy.
