A year ago, I had the opportunity to check out WonderGround Gallery in Disney Springs of Bay Lake, Florida during our #DEArTour. Bay Lake is not that far from Orlando, Florida where the main Disney park is located. I have been to Orlando on numerous occasions and have even visited the main Disney park more than one time, but this was my first time visiting Disney Springs and I was not disappointed at all.

Disney Springs is really nice. I had the opportunity to visit during the daylight hours but I hear it is also great during night time hours as well, especially the scenery. Most of the time when you think of Disney, your mind is going to automatically go towards the portion of the theme park that caters to children, but most don’t realize this park is huge and caters to everyone in their own way. Disney Springs is more of the relaxed part of the park. I would say this is more like the adult part of Disney where you have multiple restaurants available to try out, clothing and gift shops to purchase from, and even a bowling alley and movie theatre. If you’re on vacation right now in Florida as a couple, I would highly recommend this part of Disney as a date night spot for you and your boo. It really gets better at night more than anything but of course it is enjoyable throughout the entire day. While visiting Disney Springs, I came upon an art gallery called the WonderGround Gallery.

All of the artwork featured in WonderGround was Disney related in some way, shape or form which was amazing with me being a huge Disney fan! Some were paintings framed and some were paintings on canvases or prints. There wasn’t much indication as to who the paintings were created by but I was able to get some pictures of a couple of them shown above.

Can’t make it to Florida?

Well Hilton Head, South Carolina may be a very good alternative for you if you’re looking for a Disney getaway on a budget. Disney has now set up a Hilton Head Island Resort where you can vacation in the state of South Carolina but with the feel of being at a Disney Resort.
